Half of the rental fee and refundable $250 security deposit are required to secure reservation.

Final payment is due 30 days prior to rental.  Cancellation policy will be applied if payment is not received on time.

Security deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure upon satisfactory inspection of property.

Arrival day is the first date booked by client (Monday for weekly rentals).  Arrival can be anytime that day.

Departure day is Sunday by 2 p.m.  Note that cleaning crew will be arriving around 2 p.m. and extra charges will apply if premises are not vacated

Cancellation Policy:  Reservations canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit their rental fee deposit. (Exceptions may be made for medical emergencies or funerals – proof required).

Additional Notes
•    The pontoon boat is not included in the rental.  Arrangements may be made to bring your own watercraft.
•    Smoking is not allowed inside the home.
•    Although The Greeley Getaway is cleaned on a regular basis, it is not a pet-free home.  Anyone with dog allergies should have appropriate medicines and take proper precautions.  We are not responsible for any damages incurred due to allergies.
